Toll exemptions

The following road vehicles, defined in the Roads Act, exempted from tolls are:

Toll

• The Customs Agency vehicles, that execute the road control, with a technically permissible maximum mass exceeding 3.5 t.;
• The Executive Agency "Automobile Administration" vehicles executing the road control, with technically permissible maximum mass over 3.5 t.

Vignette fee

• Ministry of internal affairs;
• National Security Service;
• State Agency “National Security”
• Emergency Medical Care
• Military
