Toll payment for the Blankenburg tunnel with TollPass EUROBOX

The tunnel is located west of Rotterdam and is part of the A24 toll motorway, which connects the A20 motorway at Vlaardingen with the A15 at Rozenburg. Passage is subject to a toll for all vehicle categories.

The Netherlands does not apply VAT to toll charges.

The toll is collected via a barrier-free system (e-TOL) that allows passage without stopping. Cameras above the road read the licence plate and automatically check whether the vehicle has a valid registration for passage.

The Blankenburg tunnel is not part of the national toll system of the Netherlands and is treated as a separate toll domain.

Activation of the automatic toll service with TollPass EUROBOX will be possible from 19.11.2026 directly from your online contract.
