Compensatory fee

The compensatory fee is paid for established violation of traffic on the paid road network without paid toll - electronic vignette or toll or incorrectly declared data.

Voluntary payment of compensatory fee releases the offender from administrative liability and payment of a fine in full.

INSPECTION OF VIOLATIONS

On Tollpass.bg customers and users can receive information about available violations and pay a compensation fee with a bank card. Registered users receive notification of available violations on the desktop in the menu "Available violations".

For the vehicles included in the contract, the detailed information on the established violation is available without entering additional data. For vehicles saved in the profile (in the "My vehicles" menu) information is available on the day and type of the violation, as well as the amount of the compensatory fee.

Unregistered users can check for available violations from the home page of Tollpass.bg, where there is available information about the day and type of violation, as well as the amount of compensation.

PAYMENT OF COMPENSATORY FEE on Tollpass.bg

The compensatory fee may be paid for any established violation before the issuance of an electronic form and until the expiration of the 14-day period for payment upon service of an electronic form.

Payment is made online with a bank card, and during the payment it is mandatory to provide an email to which a Receipt for paid compensatory fee must be sent, which contains information about the violation (registration number, amount, date of payment, number, date and type in violation)
