Return, damage, loss
The TollPass GNSS on-board unit is returned by post/courier to the TollPass central warehouse. Before sending an on-board device, it is mandatory to request its return by describing the reasons in an email to support@tollpass.bg. In response, you will receive the relevant document to fill in and send. Please follow the steps described in the email to you.
IMPORTANT: The request to return the on-board unit should begin by performing the procedure described above. If you do not comply with the instructions, the on-board device will continue transmitting data and you will be charged.
If possible the on-board unit must be shipped wrapped in its original package together with the power supply cable. After receiving the on-board unit in the central warehouse, a procedure for inspection and diagnostics will be initiated and the result will be described in the Technical Compliance Protocol and communicated with the client. In the event the returned device is in good condition, in its full set and without damage, ITS will refund the deposit paid for the on-board unit.
Damage, loss, theft of an OBU
In case of damaged on-board unit, theft or loss, the deposit is withheld, and a penalty of BGN 325 is charged in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.
Despite the penalties described above, the Customer is obliged to return the on-board unit.
