Toll exemptions
The following road vehicles, defined in the Roads Act, exempted from tolls are:

The Customs Agency vehicles, that execute the road control, with a technically permissible maximum mass exceeding 3.5 t.;
The Executive Agency "Automobile Administration" vehicles executing the road control, with technically permissible maximum mass over 3.5 t.
