Road vehicles subject to toll based on distance traveled are defined in a tariff adopted by a decree of the Council of Ministers

Charged road vehicles are divided in the following types:

• Road vehicles for the carriage of goods with two or more axles having a total technically permissible maximum mass in composition with a trailer, of more than 3.5 tonnes

	Heavy goods vehicle	Heavy goods vehicle >3.5t and ≤12t
	Heavy goods vehicle	Heavy goods vehicle >12t 2-3 axles
	Heavy goods vehicle	Heavy goods vehicle >12t with 4 and more axles

• Road vehicles for passenger transport with a total technically permissible maximum mass exceeding 3.5 t.

	Bus	Passenger vehicle for people carrying >3.5≤12t
	Bus	Passenger vehicle for people carrying >12t
