Road vehicles subject to toll based on distance traveled are defined in a tariff adopted by a decree of the Council of Ministers
Charged road vehicles are divided in the following types:
Road vehicles for the carriage of goods with two or more axles having a total technically permissible maximum mass in composition with a trailer, of more than 3.5 tonnes
Heavy goods vehicle

Road vehicles for passenger transport with a total technically permissible maximum mass exceeding 3.5 t.
