Relink of an On-board unit 

Preconditions

Relink of an on-board unit from one vehicle to another is possible when:

• The contract is in "Active" status
• Both vehicles are part of the same contract
• The receiving vehicle is marked as "Verified"
• There is sufficient prepaid balance or credit limit in the contract

When Relink an equipment, a one-time fee of 7.67 €, excl. VAT, is charged. The fee is deducted from the prepaid balance or increases the used part of the credit limit of the contract.

Relink an on-board unit to vehicles, which is already part of the contract:

• Log in to the platform with your user profile 
• From the dashboard use the green button "Enter", than go to  the "Vehicles" menu
• Select the "Manage" button for the vehicle from which you will redirect the on-board
• In the "Equipment" menu, select the "Relink" button
• The system will display a list of vehicles that meet the Relink requirements
• The vehicle is displayed in the list, press “Select” and confirm the Relink

Relink to a new vehicle which is not part of the contract:

To add new vehicle in contract with prepaid balance and execute a relink:

• Log in to the platform with your user profile 
• From the dashboard use the green button "Enter", than go to  the "Vehicles" menu
• Select the "Manage" button for the vehicle from which you will redirect the on-board
• In the "Equipment" menu, select the "Relink" button
• Select "Add New Vehicle" button and follow the steps to enter the new vehicle details

To add new vehicle in postpaid contract with and execute a relink, contact your service partner, and follow the provided instructions

You will receive a confirmation email after successfully redirecting the on-board device.

Update of the data in the On-board unit

• The data for the new vehicle is sent over-the-air to the on-board unit
• The license plate number, weight and emission category and number of axles must correspond to the vehicle data for which the on-board unit is intended
• The successful completion of the Relink process ends after pressing the "Select" button on the on-board unit, which confirms the data of the new vehicle

The on-board unit can be used for travelling on the toll road network after the list of valid on-board units (whitelist) at the Road Infrastructure Agency is updated (once a day) and the LED indicators for contractual and technical status turn green again.
