In the absence of information about the emission category in the Registration Certificate, a Certificate of Compliance under CEMT / CM Resolution (2001) 9 Final, CEMT / CM Resolution (2005) 9 FINAL, ITF / TMB / TR Resolution (2008) 12 and valid certificate of technical state* need to be provided.
* upon non provision of the documents described above, vehicles with initial date of registration after September 30, 2001. are considered to be at least in the EURO 3 emission category.
