Karayolları Kanunu'nda tanımlanan aşağıdaki karayolu araçları geçiş ücretinden muaf tutulmaktadır:
Yol ücreti
Karayolu denetimi gerçekleştiren, teknik olarak izin verilen azami kütlesi 3,5 t'ı aşan Gümrük İdaresi araçları;
Karayolu denetimi gerçekleştiren, teknik olarak izin verilen azami kütlesi 3,5 t'ı aşan "Otomobil İdaresi" Yürütme Ajansı araçları.
