Contract types on TollPass platform
The Users can choose what type of contract to conclude under the ITS General Terms and Conditions - a Prepaid contract or a Postpaid contract.
PRE-PAID CONTRACT
For conclusion of this contract, the Client must top-up a balance with an amount not less than the specified minimum balance, which will be used to pay the tolls due, as well as all amounts due under the contract and according to the applicable General Terms / General Terms of the Operator. The balance of the contract covers the tolls due for all vehicles included in the contract until its depletion. The contractual balance is determined by the Client on the basis of the individual consumption according to the number, type of vehicles and estimated mileage.
IMPORTANT!!! The minimum top up amount for a prepaid contract is determined by ITS as a minimum sum of amounts based on the number of vehicles present in the contract, only for the Paid Road Network in the Republic of Bulgaria.
If the contract balance is reduced to a level which is insufficient to cover the amounts due from the Client for the contract fees, the Client must top up the balance, to continue using the automatic reporting and toll services. At any time of the term of the contract, the Client can top up their balance with additional advance amounts. Charging is possible through a bank card, bank transfer * and / or other electronic payment method through the TollPass.bg platform, as well as in cash or with a debit/credit bank card at the points of sale of TollPass partners’ network.
*When paying by bank transfer, it is mandatory to indicate the Pay Code generated, as the amount paid should be equal to that specified in the specific Order.

POSTPAID CONTRACT
Clients can sign a postpaid contract for the provision of electronic toll charging services. Under the terms of this agreement, the Clients shall pay tolls as well as all other amounts due under the contract, after the actual use of the paid road network.
TRILATERAL AGREEMENT
ITS gives the opportunity for conclusion of a contract for automatic toll charging through its partners – A1 Bulgaria, fuel cards issuers and toll declaration providers.
ONLINE ACCESS AND INFORMATION
The registered users on tollpass.bg have access to the complete information about the amounts due and the contract balance level, via their user profile.
TollPass provides automatic notification to the Client upon decreasing of the contractual balance by sending notifications.
Clients can activate SMS notification service for an additional fee, to phone numbers specified upon registration, valid only for Bulgarian mobile operators.
