To activate the on-board unit, connect the power supply cable to 12V/24V socket of the cigarette lighter and wait several minutes until the license plate number of the vehicle appears on the device display. If the LPN correspond to the one of the vehicle, press the "Select" button. If the LPN does not correspond, contact TollPass customer support center immediately.

Activation usually takes several minutes if mobile network coverage is available. The on-board unit is activated and ready when the vehicle data is displayed, and all the LEDs are green.

IMPORTANT: The on-board unit must be installed in the vehicle whose plate number is indicated on the sticker of the box. Connecting it in another vehicle, traveling with incorrectly entered or not corresponding data automatically makes you a violator. In this case contact TollPass customer support immediately and follow the provided instructions. In case of an emergency trip buy a route pass.

The installation of the on-board unit is also possible by fixed mounting directly to the vehicle's electrical system. Customers and users can request a fixed installation at the TollPass service network after receiving the on-board unit.
