GERMAN TUNNELS - Warnowtunnel and Herrentunnel
With TollPass EETS, the service can be paid for the passage of the two toll-charged German tunnels - Warnowtunnel and Herrentunnel. The charging technology is microwave DSRC.
Warnowtunnel is a 790-metre German road tunnel that connects the east and west banks of the Warnow River in rostock in Mecklenburg-Pomerania. Herrentunnel is a 780-meter long tunnel under the River Travé. It is part of the bundesstrasse 75 national German motorway connecting Lübeck and Travemünde.
These two tunnels are combined into one toll service that must be booked before actual usage of the tunnels. The service for both German tunnels must to be ordered separately from the road toll service for Germany.

For German tunnels, an invoice is issued, marking the passage through the tunnel / tunnels and the amount due for the vehicle. VAT applies and it is 19%.
