Client’s Guide

1. Register user profile

Creating a TollPass account gives you access to the full functionality of the Customer Portal

To create your profile, please follow the steps described below:

• Enter a name and e-mail*
• Check your e-mail for confirmation and instructions from TollPass.bg
• Click on the link to confirm and continue with the registration.

* If you have are a registered user of vinetki.bg you can directly enter your username (e-mail) and password in the field “Login”

2. Create a contract with a client

Customers are all transport companies with road vehicles exceeding 3.5 t.

Data entry

• Select country and enter VAT ID/ PIN for entity registered in Bulgaria or VAT ID for foreign entity
• Click the "Check" button. The system checks and loads the data automatically

3. Add vehicles and order on-board units

• Enter the required data - type of vehicle and weight class, number of axles, emission category, license plate number, country of registration
• Prepare a file with a scanned copy of the Vehicle Registration Certificate Part I
• Order your on-board units

4. Confirm your contract and pay

• Select a payment method - credit or debit card, fuel card, bank transfer

TollPass recommends - Follow the instructions for installation and initialization of the on-board units received. Make sure that the on-board unit is located exactly in the vehicle with license plate number for which it is intended. Make sure that it is in standby mode before traveling on a paid national road network to avoid detection and administrative sanctions.
