Easy toll payment in SPAIN with TollPass EUROBOX 

In Spain, heavy goods vehicles with a total height of more than 3 m or vehicles with a gross weight of more than 3.5 tonс must pay toll for the use of motorways (the so-called "Autopistas"). The toll is reported through a DSRC-based charging system.

Spanish toll-charged sections include motorways, speed roads, car parks, bridges and tunnels operated by various toll operators.

Variable vehicle parameters to be declared by the on-board unit:

• Trailer axles - updated according to the trailer attached to the tractor. The number of axles of the combination shall also be established and checked by equipment installed along the road network

In Spain, due to the nature of tolls and multiple toll operators, VAT is charged for some toll areas and others not. Where applicable, the VAT is 21%.
