TollPass on-board device update

Tollpass updates the software of the Tollpass GNSS OBU-5310 on-board devices in accordance with the newly introduced European requirements for toll reporting in the EU.
The change involves additional steps during the initial activation of the on-board device. Added detailed information about the environmental characteristics of the vehicle, the country of registration, presence of an active toll zone and differentiation of the number of axles of the tractor and trailer.
The software update is carried out in the familiar way remotely via "over-the-air" technology.
Customers using a Tollpass on-board device do not need to take any action – the update is performed automatically.
In case an on-board unit has not been used recently, it needs to be turned on and keeped active for a period of not less than 2 hours in a place with good mobile network coverage.
