The On-Board Device Redirection service is now fully ONLINE in the Tollpass.bg toll platform.

Any TollPass customer can transfer an available on-board device between two vehicles within one contract.

The service provides flexible fleet management with available on-board devices at:

Change of vehicle registration*
Add new vehicle*
Transfer of on-board device from one vehicle to another

*To add a new PPP in deferred payment contracts, customers need to contact their service partner.

To redirect an on-board device, follow the steps:

1 Requesting the redirection of the TollPass.bg platform

2 Update data in On-Board Unit

3 Watch for the contract and technical status LEDs to turn green again with the new log data
