ITS - Socially responsible in the COVID crisis

Like many other companies in Bulgaria and around the world, ITS is currently dealing with the consequences of the rapid spread of the coronavirus.

We are aware of our responsibility to our clients to provide a professional and high quality level of service. To ensure this, we have taken numerous measures to ensure the safety of our employees, suppliers and contractors, as well as to add our contribution to the general civil efforts to prevent contagion among the Bulgarian population.

Measures taken

We carefully follow the guidelines, instructions and prescriptions of the Bulgarian government and local health authorities, encouraging remote work and offering flexibility to our employees.

We allocate resources with common key skills and responsibilities to minimize risks.

Personal conversations and meetings are now fully digitized.

We require all our key suppliers and contractors to act in a similar manner.

For some of our services, we are also subject to political decisions made overseas, such as border closures, which prevent us from delivering on-board devices in the usual timeframe.
