ITS AD'nin ortak ağı - müşterilerin yararına erişilebilirlik

"Intelligent Traffic Systems" AD (ITS) has built a wide partner network and thus made its services accessible and easy to use by users.

Electronic vignettes are available for payment, both online and at the cash desk in our partner locations. The partner network with national coverage consists of over 7,000 sites for the sale of electronic vignettes. Our partners are A1 Bulgaria, EasyPay, Bulgarian Post, gas stations OMV, EKO, Cruise, Benita, Gazprom, Rompetrol, Taho Ventsi service centers.

We share our priorities with each of our partners – a high standard of service and responsibility to customers.

With the launch of the toll system "Intelligent Traffic Systems" JSC through its platform TollPass.bg delivered an online solution for providing the service for automatic reporting of toll fees through equipment with GNSS on-board device. In partnership with A1 Bulgaria, TollPass delivered the automatic tolling service to thousands of customers who chose this method of reporting.

Automatic tolling is also possible through GPS trackers that meet the technical requirements of API for the purposes of toll charging. For this purpose, we concluded contracts with Providers of declared data, such as TolBg and GPS Bulgaria, with which the automatic reporting of tolls via GPS trackers is now a fact.

Those wishing to automatically report toll fees using GPS devices can do so by contacting TolBg or GPS Bulgaria. They can use the service with trackers they own or newly purchased from the companies. ITS provides connectivity and reporting of toll charges.

More partners - suppliers of declared data - whose customers will be able to automatically pay toll fees through the platform of ITS AD - TollPass, are to be gradually included.

All TollPass customers, regardless of the equipment they have chosen - on-board device or GPS tracker, use the full functionality of the TollPass.bg platform. Through a TollPass.bg user profile completely online, they can start and pay for the service, as well as receive real-time information on the consumption of each individual vehicle, on the generated toll fees, for a desired period of time.
