Η ITS έχει το δικαίωμα να μεταβάλλει τον τύπο και τον όγκο των υπηρεσιών αυτόνομα και μονομερώς, καθώς και το κόστος εκτέλεσής τους, χωρίς να υποχρεούται να ενημερώνει τους πελάτες.
Το τρέχον ύψος των οφειλόμενων τελών για άλλες διοικητικές υπηρεσίες βάσει σύμβασης είναι το ποσό που αναφέρεται στον Τιμοκατάλογο διοικητικών υπηρεσιών που δημοσιεύεται στο www.tollpass.bg
